5 Products I'd Miss in My Collection

1. Lola by Marc Jacobs: I ran out of it recently, and everyday, I wake up and I try to get anything out of it, its just divine, and I miss it so much! This, I will definitely repurchase.

2. Guerlain Lingerie De Peau Invisible Skin Fusion Foundation: When I ran out of it, I was determined to try something else, and I did, but I just missed it, and I repurchased it again.

3. YSL Glossy Stains: I had one, and each time I go by the counter (which doesnt happen often, since there is no YSL counter nearby), I get one, now I just have two because I've been to YSL counters only twice, but I would run and purchase new ones if those run out!

4. Guerlain Shine Automatique in 265 Pao Rosa: I mentioned earlier that I had multiple of these, and the last one of this shade is halfway through! I wear this lipstick like nobody's business, I would definitely purchase the same shade over and over again!

5. Estee Lauder Double Wear Concealer: I love it, it covers so well, stays all day, and looks natural despite its heavy coverage. This is one of the products I know I'll repurchase, its remarkable!

5 Products I Changed My Mind About

1. Makeup cleansing sheets of any kind: Whereas the idea of a big sheet to remove your makeup with may sound easy and delightful, the truth is that its not really a good idea at all. First of all, they are not efficient enough to remove your makeup entirely, as all of the kinds I tried left some residue. Second of all, I find them to be harsh and drying, and I tried some that were meant for dry and sensitive skin, and none of them worked well. So, the whole concept behind this kind of makeup remover is unappealing, at least to me, and I would recommend removing your makeup with either a balm , or some kind of an oil based cleanser, or even olive oil, which will force you to wash your face afterwards, and of course they're much more gentle. Not to mention that the wipes that were for dry or sensitive skin gave me dry patches on my cheeks, and the made my lips peel so badly.

2. Dior Capture Total Eyes Essential Super Boosting Eye Zone Super Serum: My main complaint is the smell, it just smells BAAAAAAD! It works fine, but I started really hating it when I received a sample of a different eyes serum that worked better and smelled really good.

3. Chanel Les 4 Ombres in 34 Eclosion: The colors are absolutely stunning, but when you apply them on your eyes, the pigmentation is just doesnt stand up to the expectations, and they creased on me faster than any other eyeshadow formula I've tried before (Guerlain, Dior, YSL, Lancome, and Estee Lauder). I used to love the softness of it, but its pretty much the worst overpriced makeup item I own.

4. Dior Hydra Life BB Cream: Lets just say that the more I used it, the more I realized how orange it is. I cant use it alone, I always apply a thin layer of it to eventually use it up, and I apply my regular foundation on top of it.

5. Maybelline Gel Liner: I was really excited to get a black liner, but its very hard to apply, and difficult to apply (unless you're having a good "eyeliner day"), and most of all, I find the maybelline liner to dry out so quickly, and it doesnt stay put on the waterline or the lower lash line! The more I used it, the more I really hated it, and also because black is so harsh...

Which Hakuhodo Brushes?????

Hey there!

So I need a little help! I've been considering getting some Hakuhodu brushes, bearing in mind that I literally have two brushes in my brush collection (BEGINNER), and the brushes I have are quite nice, the Mac 187 and the Dior Cheek Brush! Now I am interested in small blush brushes, and one that can apply cream blush, and it should be small too because the cream blush that I have is the YSL one with a small pan. So, basically I want two small blush brushes and one cream blush brush. I am interested in getting two different brushes, either j210, or 210, or J4003! Which two would you recommend, or do you have other recommendations that I should look into?

Now for Eyeshadow brushes, I am pretty much clueless! There are over 100 brushes on the web, and I dont know what I need! I know that I want a brush to smudge out pencil liners, two blending brush of different sizes, 2 shading brushes of different sizes, and the outer v brush, as well as a small detail brush for inner corner, and a gel liner brush, very fine and precise because thick lines kinda look scary on me! I could use one that works well on cream eyeshadows and bases two, but I am more concerned about the powder eyeshadows and the pencil smudging brush. I have done my research as usual, but there are just way too many options, and I thought that whoever checks this post may have more knowledge than I do, SO, please help me!

I dont do my brows, nor do I apply my lipstick with a brush, so I will skip on that.

Now if I have a budget of 350 US dollars, which brushes should I get??
Obviously you dont have to give me all the answers, just some recommendations about some of the brushes I'm looking for will do!

Have a great day, and may you have the right answers for a clueless young lady like me :D
